DESIGNS

All our models are designed in compliance with the most demanding standards to ensure proper operation considering fluid, pressure, temperature, materials and tightness class.

CONNECTIONS

$
For circular sections according to DIN EN1092-1 PN2.5 / 6 / 10 / 16 or ANSI 150 / 300 Lbs.
$
The different connection types we design include WAFER | LUG | FLANGED | WELDED SW / BW according to DIN | ANSI.

PRESSURES

$

For cast and laminated models according to DIN or ANSI standards: PN2.5, PN6, PN10, PN16 – 150 / 300 Lbs.

$
For fabricated welded models, pressure ratings according to EN12516-1 / EN736-1-2-3 / EN1349 / EN593 / ASME B16,34.

MATERIALS AND TEMPERATURES

Depending on process conditions and gas behavior with respect to pressure, temperature, corrosion and abrasion, we offer a wide range of standard construction materials.

TIGHTNESS CLASS BY CLOSURE TYPE

A wide range of sealing options is available depending on the fluid and the concentration of suspended dust. Butterfly valve adjustment typically achieves 95%–98% tightness, and for metal-to-metal sealing it can reach 99%. With flexible seat sealing, tightness can reach 99.5%, and 100% tightness can be achieved with flexible sealing combined with an air barrier.

ACCORDING TO FCI 70-2 CLASS

ACTUATION AND AUTOMATION

We integrate different types of actuation systems and partners depending on how the valve needs to operate, either without auxiliary power using counterweight systems or with fully actuated systems for on/off and control services.

The available options include:

$
Manual operation with lever, handwheel or gearbox.
$
Pneumatic, hydraulic and motorized automation systems.
In both cases, accessories can be included for mechanical position indication, limit switches and inductive sensors.
Position control can be integrated through pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners with on/off signals or control signals (4–20 mA, 0–10 V) and communication systems such as HART, PROFIBUS, etc.

We design control schemes and manufacture integrated instrumentation panels and cabinets to ensure reliability with safety and emergency functions in case of electrical or pneumatic power failure, including position control systems and circuits to control cycle speeds in emergencies below 1 second.

We have extensive knowledge, capability and flexibility to adapt to our clients’ requirements.
