DCR
Butterfly damper for gas regulation and control, wafer-type connection.
Dimensions DN50 / DN200. Pressure < 6 bar and temperatures < 800°C. Construction materials: Cast iron and laminated steel.
DMB
Butterfly dampers for isolation or regulation.
The standard series covers dimensions DN200 / DN2000, < 500 mbar, < 1000°C and gas velocity < 25 m/s. Its customized design allows us to provide solutions for HEAVY DUTY services.
DGC
Guillotine valves allow full flow and do not generate pressure los, they are used in isolation applications with high concentrations of solid particles.
The standard series is manufactured in sizes from 100×100 to 1000×1000, < 500 mbar, < 1000°C, gas velocity < 25 m/s.
DLC
Louver dampers allow regulation of the inlet or outlet of air and gas.
Manufactured from 200×200 to 2000×2000 for operating conditions < 500 mbar, < 1000°C and gas velocity < 25 m/s.
Customized blade configurations available: parallel blades and opposed blades.
D3V
The 3-way diverter damper in T configuration for distribution, regulation and control services. System with butterfly dampers mechanically interlocked to generate simultaneous movement.
The standard series is manufactured from DN200 / DN2000 for operating conditions < 500 mbar, < 750°C and gas velocity < 25 m/s.
DRV
Radial vortex-type damper designed with a system of connected blades for regulation services.
Applications for air flow control, optimizing pressure and flow rate in centrifugal fans.

All our models are designed in compliance with the most demanding standards for service conditions depending on fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and abrasion.

SHAFT SEALING
The dampers are designed with a shaft packing system that guarantees total sealing to atmosphere, even in high-temperature applications and highly corrosive fluids.
SHAFT GUIDING SYSTEM
The standard design of these dampers is prepared for horizontal shaft installation.
There is also the possibility of designing models for vertical shaft installation, depending on process requirements.
INSULATION SYSTEM
On request, the valves are designed with external insulation of 200 mm, allowing easy access for maintenance of bearings and packing systems.
ACTUATION AND AUTOMATION
We integrate different types of actuators: manual, pneumatic and motorized.
